Perry and Associates was established in 2003 to serve the Raleigh Home Inspection market. My background in new home construction, remodeling and real estate gives me a wide experience range which I use to ensure you the finest home inspection possible. I work on the idea of providing you, the home buyer or seller, the most comprehensive inspection  and at the same time providing you with educational information on the condition and maintenance of your home. I encourage you to accompany me through the entire inspection during which I will explain the routine maintenance, operation of all major systems and the repair items that are found. At the end of the inspection you will receive a detailed  multi-paged inspection report with digital photos and a summary page of repair items.
